In case of infringement and counterfeiting of our clients IP rights, MC & IP Service use their best experience to convince and solve the case through negotiation with the counterfeit  in cooperation with IP authorities according the “Law”. We try to settle the case outside of court through negotiation, since trial is almost always expensive, and usually takes up a lot of time.  If the case cannot be solved MC & IP Service   will take necessary action to defend the case in the commercial court.  If a trial is deemed the best option, MC & IP Service will build the case with collecting evidence supporting the rights owner’s position, filing documents such as complaints and responses, counseling the client, and preparing motions asking the court for relief.
