In the article 15 of Afghanistan Trademark Registration Law has been regulated assignment and transfer of a registered trademark as follows:

“Trademarks are transferable and the transfer shall be valid if recorded separately with the Central Registration pursuant to these Articles and their relevant regulations.”

Filing Requirements

legalized power of attorney signed by assignee and assignor scan copy of registration/renewal certificate

What you need to know

Deed of the assignment will be necessary if the signed power of attorney by the assignee and assignor is not sufficient
